Hi, I’m Joel Libowsky
Jeckil has grown in so many ways since Craig and I started the company in 2000. The way we approach our clients, the culture we have built and the ways we have been able to give back have all evolved over the last 25 years.
The message we try to teach is that customer service is about more than just responding to inquiries—it's about being organized, responsive, and forward-thinking in every interaction. Ultimately, customer service is about showing clients they’re seen, heard, and understood, and consistently providing solutions that make their lives easier and their brand stronger.
Creating the Pay it Forward program has not only broadened my perspective but also reminded me of the power of generosity and empathy. I’m truly thankful to be part of something that amplifies kindness in such a meaningful way.
The philosophy that I think sets us apart is that we truly believe that exceptional service is a team sport—and our goal is always to make sure the client feels valued, supported, and genuinely cared for at every step.
